Start/Stop Water Service Authorization

Please complete the information below to start/stop water services. The District cannot back date service changes. Service changes can be scheduled for the next business day if submitted before 4:30 pm Monday through Friday; submitted after 4:30 pm will be scheduled within 48 hours. The District cannot accommodate  same day, weekend or holiday service change requests.

For your security, the District will not discuss your water account with individuals not listed on the account. If a third party is responsible for managing the property, a Property Management Agreement must be provided to the District by emailing info@vidwater.org.
