HB Reservoir Repair Project

Seismic retrofits and structural repairs are needed for Vista Irrigation District’s HB Reservoir to minimize earthquake vulnerability and ensure the safety, security, and reliability of the water supply.

Main Replacement Projects

 Mainline replacement construction on Montgomery Drive

Montgomery Drive

 

The Distirct is installing approximately 5,300 feet of new pipeline as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. Construction began September 2019 and is nearing completion. Construction may affect traffic on Clarence Drive and York Drive.

Warmlands Avenue

 

The District is installing an 8-inch waterline in Warmlands Avenue, as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. Construction is anticipated to be complete this summer.

York Drive

 

The District will be installing an 8-inch waterline in Clarence Drive, 10-inch waterline in York Drive, 8-inch waterline in Kent Place and an 8-inch waterline in Devon Place, as part of the District’s Mainline Replacement Program. Construction is anticipated to be complete in April 2021.
