The public is invited to provide feedback on the draft update to the San Diego County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 6:00–7:30 PM.

Vista Irrigation District participates in the San Diego County’s Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan through its own FEMA-approved jurisdictional annex. Updated every five years, these plans reassess regional hazards and risks to establish actionable strategies that reduce disaster impacts.
