Mr. Sanchez has served on the Board of Directors since March 2017.  He represents Division 4, which encompasses the Shadowridge area of Vista.

Mr. Sanchez, a retired director of parks, recreation and community services, worked in public service for over 34 years. Sanchez has served as the chair of the District’s public affairs and water sustainability committees.
