In accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vista Irrigation District will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the AB Pipeline Replacement Project. Copies of the report, including responses to all comments received on the draft MND during the 30-day public review period, are available for public viewing at the following locations:

The public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at 1391 Engineer Street, Vista, CA 92081. All interested parties are invited to participate in said public hearing in-person and through Vista Irrigation District's teleconferencing line to express opinions and/or present evidence relative to this matter.
