EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020, YOUR DUE DATE WILL BE CHANGING.
As Vista Irrigation District (District) takes the necessary steps to comply with new State law (California Senate Bill 998) governing discontinuation of water service, customers will notice that their due date has changed; more specifically, the time between bill issuance and due date has been adjusted to 15 days. Customers will also be given additional time (25 days past due date) to make payment before late fees are assessed. Click here to review the revised billing procedures.
Customers who are enrolled in the Direct Payment Program (Auto Pay) please note that payment will be processed on the due date. If you require more time to make payment during this transition, please contact Customer Service staff.
